  80. upon the filing by any of the undersigned of an assignment for 
  81. the benefit of creditors, bankruptcy, or for relief under any 
  82. provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, or by the filing of an 
  83. involuntary petition in bankruptcy or receivership not vacated 
  84. within thirty days, thereafter.
